This is aimed at those ladies who don't have the pace to run with the main group but are quite happy to run 3.5 miles or more at 12-13min/mile
The sessions will run from the club, every Monday 6:15pm and every Wednesday 6pm.
The runs will generally be 3.5-4 miles but this will extend depending on ability group or add a loop for those wishing to do more. Nice and flexible.
And, you'll be encouraged to join the Friday Fresheners session for the fun some short efforts which really boosts your runnning.
